Official bank or cashiers check, or US Postal Service money order; checks must clear prior to shipping. US funds only, except by special prior arrangement.

Shipping

Within the continental United States, buyer pays $40 shipping and handling fee. Most shipments will be sent UPS ground. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address.
